Positive Group continues to pursue its ambition to become the leading European name in digital marketing, and has officially announced its fourth acquisition of 2023. The User.com company will join other notable Positive Group members including noCRM.io, Signitic, 4DEM, Marketing 1by1, Datananas and Sarbacane.

European ambition
User.com has already won over more than 340 clients, mostly in Poland. It uses an omni-channel marketing platform approach, managing the entire journey including user interactions. User.com allows you to engage your audiences, offering you a 360° vision of your customer data. The tool organizes, segments and analyzes all transactional, behavioral, on-site and off-site data in order to create personalized experiences via marketing automation, using all digital channels (email, sms, chat, web push, mobile push, etc.).
Positive Group's ambition is to pursue the development of the User.com offering throughout Europe. Initially this will involve opening the brand up to the countries in which the group is already active, including France, Germany and Italy. The next step will be to begin pooling the R&D resources of the group's other companies in order to functionally enhance the platform.
An offer that continues to expand
After the acquisition of Marketing1BY1 in 2022, Positive Group continues to enhance its offer and its expertise in data & Marketing Automation for the specific needs of clients with a large audience.
In order to accelerate the deployment of this offering in Europe, Positive Group is reinforcing its organizational structure. A number of recruitment initiatives and promotions have been initiated, and 30 additional staff will be welcomed aboard in 2024 to help pursue these various goals.
