  4. The Industry Awards, which are granted without entries, are not covered by these Rules.
  5. Definitions:
    • Agency - a company providing marketing services to clients that carried out the campaign for its client.
    • Entrant - an Agency that submits an Entry.
    • Entry - a campaign submitted through the entry form provided by the Organiser (the Form).
    • Finalist - an Entry selected under section 6, or the Entrant that submitted it, as the context requires.

2. Who can enter

  1. The Competition is open to Agencies only.
  2. Each Entry concerns one campaign. An Agency may submit several campaigns. Each campaign requires its own Entry and its own donation.
  3. An Agency may receive only one award in the Competition, whatever the number of its Entries. A campaign cannot win both awards.

3. Entry

  1. Entries are submitted through the Form by 1 December 2026, 23:59 CET. The Organiser may extend this deadline. Entries submitted after the deadline are not assessed.
  2. An Entry is complete when the Entrant has filled in the required fields of the Form, made the donation under section 4 and attached proof of it, and accepted these Rules.
  3. Every Entry must meet the minimum measurement standards set out in the Form.
  4. The Entrant confirms that the information in the Entry is accurate, that estimates are labelled as such, and that it is authorised to submit the Entry and its materials.
  5. The Entrant keeps the evidence folder indicated in the Entry accessible until the Competition ends.
  6. The Organiser may check that an Entry is complete, meets the minimum measurement standards, contains a working evidence link and the client’s permission, and that the donation has been matched to it. The Organiser may return an incomplete Entry and set a short deadline to correct it.
  7. Entries that are incomplete or do not meet the minimum measurement standards, including after correction, may be excluded from assessment.

4. Donation

  1. An Entry requires a donation of at least PLN 1,000 made directly to the Association, using the transfer title given in the Form.
  2. The Entrant attaches proof of the donation showing the date, the amount and that it went to the Association.
  3. The Organiser does not receive, hold or handle any part of the donation. The Organiser is not a party to the donation and is not responsible for how the Association uses it.
  4. The amount donated has no influence on the assessment or on the vote.
  5. The Organiser does not refund donations, in particular where an Entry is not assessed, is not selected, is disqualified or is withdrawn.

5. Jury

  1. Entries are assessed by a jury appointed by the Organiser. The composition of the jury is published before the submission deadline. The Organiser may change the composition.
  2. Jurors declare any relationship with an Entrant or its client and do not take part in assessing the Entry concerned. Jurors keep the content of Entries confidential.

6. Assessment and selection of Finalists

  1. Entries are assessed on the following criteria and weights: Strategy 20%, Execution 20%, Results 30%, Evidence 20%, Efficiency 10%.
  2. The jury applies the criteria at its discretion. Its decisions are final, without limiting any rights available under applicable law.
  3. The jury selects up to five Finalists. It may select fewer, or none.
  4. The Organiser may review the evidence of each Finalist and contact the client contact named in the Entry, where the Entrant has provided one with the client’s permission. The Finalist cooperates with this review.
  5. Finalists are notified. A Finalist confirms, by the date given in the notification, that a representative will take part in person in the Finalists’ panel at the Gala. If a Finalist fails the review, does not confirm by that date or cannot attend, its place may pass to the next-ranked Entry. The Finalist ensures that its representative agrees to the panel being recorded and published as part of the Event recordings.
  6. The jury selects the Grand Prix winner from the Finalists, or may decide not to award it. The decision is announced at the Gala.

7. Awards

  1. The Competition has two awards: the Grand Prix, granted by the jury, and the Audience Award, granted by a vote of those attending the Gala.
  2. The Audience Award is voted on at the Gala, after the Finalists’ panel. Each attendee may cast one vote, and the Organiser may verify votes using tickets or badges. Only Finalists who attended, other than the Grand Prix winner, are on the ballot. Entries of the Agency that won the Grand Prix are not on the ballot. The Organiser may reject votes cast in a way intended to distort the result. A tie is decided in favour of the Finalist with the higher jury score.
  3. The awards are statuettes. No cash prize is awarded.
  4. Finalists’ representatives take part in the Gala free of charge. The Organiser sets the number of places.
  5. Results announced at the Gala are final.

8. Confidentiality

  1. Entries that are not selected as Finalists are not published.
  2. Exact budget figures, and anything the Entrant marks as confidential in the Form, are seen only by the Organiser, persons acting on its behalf and the jury, and are never published. This does not apply to the information listed in section 9.1.

9. Publication and permissions

  1. A Finalist permits the Organiser to present, free of charge, its agency name, campaign title, public summary, team credits and core metric result, together with the client name or an anonymised description as chosen in the Form, in the Event welcome pack, on stage at the Gala, including in the recordings of the Gala, and in the Organiser’s communications about the Competition, the Event and its future editions, including on websites, social media and in press materials, worldwide and for an unlimited period. The licence is non-exclusive. The Entrant keeps all rights in its materials.
  2. The public summary is sent to the Entrant for approval before print. If the Entrant does not respond by the date given, the summary is treated as approved.
  3. The Organiser shares other headline results and selected campaign assets only if the Entrant has ticked the relevant option in the Form.
  4. The Entrant is solely responsible for holding all authorisations required to submit the Entry and its materials, including the client’s authorisation to share its name, budget and results and the consent of any person named in the Entry. It confirms that the materials do not infringe the rights of third parties.
  5. The Entrant releases the Organiser from, and will indemnify it against, claims of third parties, including the Entrant’s clients, arising from the Entrant’s lack of such authorisations or from an infringement by the materials it submitted.

10. Disqualification

The Organiser may disqualify an Entry that is incomplete, inaccurate or misleading, that infringes the rights of third parties or that breaches these Rules. A donation already made is not refunded by the Organiser.

11. Personal data

  1. The controller of the personal data processed in the Competition is the Organiser. The data includes in particular the contact details of the Entrant’s contact persons, the names and roles of team members, the Finalist’s representative and any client contact named in the Entry, and proof of the donation.
  2. The Entrant informs the persons it names in the Entry that their data is passed to the Organiser and obtains the client contact’s permission before naming them.
  3. Details of the processing are set out in the Event Privacy Policy.

12. Final provisions

  1. These Rules come into force on the date of their publication.
  2. The Organiser may amend the Rules. Amendments that adversely affect Entrants do not apply to Entries already submitted.
  3. If the Event is cancelled or its date changes, the Organiser may cancel or adjust the Competition. A donation already made is not refunded by the Organiser.
  4. The Rules are governed by Polish law. Disputes are resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Organiser’s registered office.
